Leo Kantrow, President, is a senior at Walter Payton College Prep, where he leads the economics and investment team, participates in math team and chess team, and is a member of NHS. Leo led his team to a 2nd place finish in the Wharton Global Investment Competition, for which he constructed a unique, Monte Carlo-based simulation model. In addition, he placed 1st in both rounds of the Northwestern Economics Tournament and 1st in the written competition of the UChicago Pre-Collegiate Business and Economics Competition. Outside of school, Leo takes classes at Harold Washington College and interns for the Economic Awareness Council, where he writes articles and conducts financial education presentations. In his free time, Leo likes to take walks, play cards, and spend time with family and friends.
